Description and Analysis of the
Hawthorne Study. Describe how the components of the
Hawthorne study are incorporated in current human resource functions? What was
the main idea behind this study? How have you been impacted by the components
of this study in your current or past work setting?
Dominant Cultures and Subcultures. Contrast the dynamics between dominant cultures and
subcultures either in a work setting or in society. Explain why it is important
to understand the impact of culture. Give an example where you demonstrated

them in a team environment.

Change. Change is everywhere, but yet very
few people seem to embrace the concept. We are for the most part creatures of
habit and follow daily routines. When change occurs our activities and thought
patterns are disrupted.

paper, using a minimum of two references, summarizing the internal and external
factors contributing to an individual’s resistance to change. Describe a
situation where you or someone you know was resistant to change as identified
in one of following areas. Explain whether the resistance to change was caused
